April, 2
11:00–12:30
Global Connectivity and Transport Corridors
Congress Centre, conference hall D1
Trade between Russia and China has surpassed USD 200 billion for the third year in a row, the result of joint efforts by business circles in both countries carried out on a daily basis. Sanctions have not managed to shut down bilateral trade, though they have led to a structural change. Growth formerly driven by the automotive industry, which stepped up to cover equipment deficits, is now moving to transport, logistics, and infrastructure projects. Who is waiting to drive trade between Russia and China in 2026? What strategies do Chinese transport and logistics companies in Russia currently have in the pipeline? And what role does the state have to play in this process?
