TAKE YOUR IDENTITY DOCUMENT (PASSPORT) WITH YOU

You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.

How to find out if my badge is ready?
There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:

To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:

RULES FOR USING BADGE

Your badge, access card, and transport pass are the property of the Roscongress Foundation. They are (or may be) personalized documents and may not be sold or transferred to third parties by any means.

Should the Roscongress Foundation learn about the sale or transfer of a badge, access card, or transport pass to a third party, it reserves the right to revoke the participant’s accreditation without reimbursing any expenses.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny accreditation without any reason.
The badge must be worn in a visible place.
In the event your badge is lost or damaged, please contact any accreditation desk. After receiving a written request from the holder, the lost badge will be deactivated and a replacement will be issued.
