As technologies for a seamless digital sky are introduced across the Union State, the use of unmanned civil aerial vehicles will undoubtedly benefit the economies of Russia and Belarus. Shared expertise and capabilities, along with integration into a unified identification system based on ERA-GLONASS, will provide the foundation necessary to attain global leadership in the use of autonomous vehicles and establish shared technological sovereignty. Unmanned corridors between Russia and China are already being prepared for rollout. Digital sky navigation and communications technologies are being used to make unmanned road construction and agricultural machinery, showing significant potential for export, particularly to Africa. What is the technological outlook for a unified identification system for unmanned aerial vehicles in Russia? How could unmanned aerial vehicles be more widely applied in the logistics sector of the Union State? What kinds of technology should Russia and Belarus collaborate on for export?
