In the current geopolitical climate, export development requires the creation of a sustainable logistics infrastructure and the diversification of transport corridors, which makes the traditional export route through the Azov–Black Sea region even more important. What is the role of the Azov–Black Sea Basin, and how can it be used as a reliable and proven route for Russian exports in the context of diversifying transport corridors? How can integrating different modes of transport (multimodality) improve the effectiveness of logistics chains in the south of Russia? What is the current infrastructure capacity? What bottlenecks require updating and expanding? What development strategies for key logistics hubs in southern Russia will increase freight turnover? What measures can improve the investment attractiveness of the region’s transport and logistics infrastructure? What promising areas of international cooperation in logistics and trade are most relevant when interacting with the countries of the Global South?
