The construction of high-speed roads is an important element in the economic and social development of the EAEU member states, contributing to the stable and balanced growth of the region. What are the plans for the development of a high-speed road network, including toll roads, for the period up to 2030 and 2036? Do current plans need to be adjusted to achieve additional benefits from the synchronization of efforts? How do high-speed roads, including toll roads, affect the economies of the territories through which they pass? How do they affect the state as a whole? What promising road routes exist in terms of logistics? What are the prospects for the cross-border development, standardization, and digitalization of road services on the highway network along major routes?
